Klínovec is the largest ski resort in the Ore Mountains. It offers 18.9 km of slopes in lengths from 150m (the shortest - children's one), to the longest (medium-difficult, bearing the name "Jáchymovská"), extending to a distance of 2950m and a width of up to 100m. Only 150 m shorter slope called "Jáchymovská II. freeride "is the most difficult ski slope in Klínovec. The other 16 downhill runs are divided from easy to difficult. You can take a modern four-seater cable car or one of the many ski lifts. The location near the German border allows the cooperation of the "Interskiregion" with the nearby German ski resort Fichtelberg, where you can get a free ski bus and the purchased ski pass will be valid there as well. For children, there is a children's ski park with auxiliary conveyor belts. More than a thousand parking spaces are here for free.
The area is the youngest and most modern in the country, thanks to which the whole area is fully snowed and lit. There are 8 slopes of varying difficulty, length and elevation. All slopes are clear and wide enough and each skier has an overview of the surrounding events. Transportation around the complex is provided by three "four-seater" cable cars, three lifts and four conveyor belts. Thanks to the high transport capacity of all cable cars you will enjoy all the slopes, because we do not have long queues. Each lift can carry up to 2,400 people per hour. There is a children's park in the area, where children can not only learn under the guidance of experienced instructors, but they can also take advantage of forty attractions. For children, not to ge tired when skiing, there are conveyor belts with lengths of 30, 40 and 80 meters. There is a lookout tower and a restaurant right on the top of Plešivec.
